Level 1 living area features folding privacy screens to the main living area balcony and the master bedroom.  
The ground level feature a guest room, family room and the swimming pool.  On the top level level are the second and third bedrooms.  There is also another balcony off the second living area to capture coastal views

Mt Mee residence

Acreage property with stunning views of the glass house mountains.  Features a mid-century modern style building form with standing seam colorbond cladding.  There is a breezeway that separates the main living area from the master bedroom. The client had a strong sense of the style and form that they wanted and we worked together on achieving that.

Windermere Rd , Hamilton (renovation and extension)

Queen Anne style Federation-era residence which had an extension internal renovation, rear verandah extension and the house was raised to form a lower level of garages bedrooms and a rumpus room

Tantula Rd East, Alexandra Headland

Design for a new build on a steep site that was recently approved for a height relaxation. 

Main feature of the site are stunning ocean views to the front and rear of the property.  The main bedroom will get the enjoy south eastern views of Mooloolaba and the living areas the  north east sea views to north western hinterland views. The steep site and difficult driveway access required detailed design analysis  at this stage of developed design.   

Eckersley Ave, Buderim 

Designed for a steep site in Buderim, this new home embraces northerly views over tropical rainforest. The main living areas and secondary bedrooms occupy the middle level, while a lower-level rumpus room opens onto the pool, making the most of the northern aspect. The master bedroom enjoys an elevated outlook from the upper level, with views across the rainforest.
