This was a significant renovation and extension project in 2004  that meant the builder took the house back to the bare  foundation only. 

The owners wanted  to retain the general structural layout and the look of the hip style tiled roof. 

The owners were a retired couple from NSW and were very happy with their residence. They did another extension in 2012 to increase the hosue  so that more family member could stay
