Buderim residence - Panorama Ridge Rd

Built on a difficult site with a creek to one side with approx. 25% fall/slope.  

Designed to take in lovely views of trees, the creek  and  the ocean . 

The  structural design  was  key to minimizing cost  with large steel beams utilized to cantilever from a very low number of columns  making contact with the ground. 

The decks  were  designed to wrap around the house  to minimize access issues for maintenance of the facade . 
 

Built by owner to a tight budget and returned a healthy return on investment.  

We think the design is  still looking quite modern twenty years on and it was a lovely house to live in.
