3 level design on a 250m2 Lot

4 bedroom ,three living areas , pool, double garage.

The site is close to the beach in a new development and faces a park area.  The owner wanted to have an outdoor living area that made  use of the outlook yet had the option to be screened for privacy  when desired. 

The challenge was to also get light into a south facing Lot.  This was achieved with planning and using skylights at a high level and a void between the mid and top levels.
